fake note of rs. 500 while withdrawing from atm machine

Location/place: agra

Name of company/service: central bank of india

i have withdraw the amount from central bank atm machine , in that one njote of rs. 500/- was fake, i lodged a complain at central bank, kamla nagar , but no necessary steps have been taken….
kindly look into the matter, since i am very helpless, the bank officials refused to change my note.

please help me out.
