FAKE COMMITTMENT

Location/place: Kolkata

Name of company/service: Tata Tele Services

I,souradeep dey,was using a tata photon connection around 8 months back. Initially i bought it with a scheme of 2 MONTHS UNLIMITED FREE USAGE. Then suddenly after two months,i got a bill of rs 900,then i posted a CANCELLATION REQUEST IMMIDIATELY. But provided that,i again received a bill of 900 on the next month. I ignored. Now they are sending me LEGAL NOTICES through a lawyer!!! I am being cheated as a CONSUMER!!
WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW??
