This is niraj nigam from mumbai i am loyal customer of tata docomo from last 4 years i was using there prepaid services with no netwrok faults and was quite happly and i got a call from docomo to migrate to postpaid and i agreed the movment they switch me to postpaid i start getting network errors even i tried with there call center to get that problem resolved after multipule contact they raise my technical complaint i was adviced to select aircel network as they have tieup aircell and i tried to do the same number of times but it is not geting registerd on aircell network again i called docomo to inform the same but as per rep he has to launch one more complaint and i agreed again they called me with the same solution even i told them that i have already done it but its not working they were not lisning and hangup on me again i called call center in hope that somebody will help me but response at all then i went to docomo outlet in miraroad and over there they i was told replace my sim card i done that and paid for it but i was left with same problem then i asked them for there zonal officers number which they dont have.i told docomo that i will report to telecom athority of india and i was shoked that they dont care now putting my request in front of you with only hope that now someone can help me.
