<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: aircel</p>14/02/2013 at 8:45pm in my phone 1 message came. In that message its given that “Dear Subscriber we have received your request and it will be processed shortly”. What does it meant?? Am not understanding.. Without knowing whatever they are doing… Aftre 4 minutes “Thanks for Subscribing to AR Rahman Voice Pack at Rs 30.0 for 30 days. To listen or unsubscribe dial 56060119”. Like this 1 message came & they taken my rs30. After that i called complaint desk (198). They dont even know how to speak “ENGLISH”. They know only local language. Am outside from tamilnadu. If they didn’t understand whatever am talking, they cancel my call & i lost rs6 for that (tried to call complant desk more times).. This happening not the first time for me.. First person who took my call from complaint desk, he told me that within 72 hours money will be back.. Is it right or wrong?? I want my money back.. Rs30 is complusory & if you can i need my rs6 also..
