Fake card used in ATM and fradulent withdrawal of cash

Dear Sir

My account details are given below

Bank : Axis Bank
Branch : Madipakkam
Account no ” 083010300000417

My account has been operated by unknown person , by cloing my ATM card and a cash of 80000 was taken from different ATM

I have lodged police complaint and informed bank also
Cyber crime branch had a meeting with all bank official and confirmed forgery and instructed the bank to refund the money

Axis bank have refunded 50000 to my account from out of the insurance limit available for them, but refused to pay the balance 30000

Since this is a case of Cyber cribe, i request you to help me in settling the balance claim of Rs.30000
