I MNP my AIRCEL number 8802390325 to vodafone postpaid on 26th feb, 2013 and they offered me 200rs plan in which they told me offer 600 min loc/std, 300 SMS loc/std, 30 paisa local call and 50 paisa local ( i have proof like their plan list for mnp). so they generated first bill on prodata basis on 11th mar, 2013 and bill was 630.24 Rs. (26 feb-10 mar) total 13 days bill and free min is given 261 as per prodata i received free minuts as per my plan this time. but next bill was generated on 11th april and amount was 648.77 Rs. in which they given me only 300 min discount and i made complaint on 12 april 2012 they told me to call back with in 24 hour and ref i.d for this complaint is 1661669287 and supervisor name was monoj kumar. but nobody call me till the due date had gone. now they bared my outgoing calls on 3rd of may 2013 and call me for bill payment and again i told them my problem they told me yes bill was not right we will call back you and then somebody call me next day and said bill is right and you have pay whole amount. and till now nobady has come and call me. but this suffer me lots of problem like my 3 year old number is now barred and also 2 bill had generated without any usage and now my pending is approx 1500rs but it only because of company mistake. and company is also generating other bills also and amount is steel increasing. please help me for support my problem and do something.
