Failure to provide Internet services.

I wanted a Beam Fiber connection at ma place and asked the beam authorities to install internet connection.They had come and collected an amount of 6000 Rs and informed that the connection will be activated in one week.Its been 3 months since then and they still didnt install it.When i called them they didnt respond.I went to their office and they told that they cannot install and told that they would return the deposit in 2 weeks.Its been one month and i havent even heard from them. I would like to lodge a complaint against them.
