Deficiency In Service

Location/place: Mumbai

Name of company/service: Nokia India

I had Given my mobile to Nokia for the 4th time in a period of one year. This time I asked for replacement and for week they are dragging me and not responding to my complaint. Only their complaint department talk with me and the authorize person are too busy to have a talk.
They have fail in their basic service given to their customer.
