failure to fulfil promise

sir/madam,

i would like to inform you that, in between 2nd and 3rd week of october 2014, some mr. rahul sinha, representing himself as an official of airtel mobile , offered me a special dewali plan for my existing airtel connection no 9330996982.

by conversation i was convinced that he knows details of my present postpaid airtel connection. so i accepted his offer and paid rs.351.00 (refundable) , 1 photograph , and 1 identity proof (photocopy of voter identity card )to mr kousik biswas (ph. 8583021279 ) against a cash receipt of “ray services, 42/3 DUMDUM ROAD, KOL 700074; PH 7044070776, 7044070780.

After waiting for more than 2 weeks, when i realised that the proposed plan was not activated, i repeatedly called all the above mentioned numbers but failed to get any positive result.

i am now convinced that a fraudulent activity is going on cheating peoples like us.

so , as a responsible citizen , it is my duty to inform you the matter . i am also afraid that my identity proof may be used in some other criminal activities as well.

i hope that you would take the matter seriously and take necessary action.
