DEAR SIR/MAM,

I HAD MADE A RECHARGE 199 FOR MOB NO-9795410330 FROM INTERNET WITH REF NO-MUTI3011244720 DATED-3-6-13, BUT MY NUMBER DOES NOT RECHARGE AND AMOUNT DEDUCTED FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT.
AND I DO’NT HAVE GOT MY MONEY RETURN BACK IN MY ACCOUNT TILL NOW.
SO PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL HELP.
