My mobile number is 8860357547. I had bought Hitachi spilt AC 1.5 ton
recently.
When the technician first visited for demo, at that time also water drip problem was there. Same was taken care by doing some patch work.
Again water started dripping and complaint was lodged on 28th August 2014.
Till date same has NOT been rectified and not getting any proper resolution from technician
and escalation point (Mr. Surender Dutt).
Further to that technicians employed at Hitachi end are very bad mannered,
and they should be first taught to talk rather than repairing, which anyway they are NOT good
at. They are not ready to visit on the time specified from my end and get engaged in unnecessary
talk, when requested for any kind of help.
Also, helpdesk at your Hitachi is of no use, as they only register complaint.
There is no escalation matrix at their end and no deadline allotted for issue resolution.
Because of Hitachi pathetic product and service, I would want the refund of the product.
Its highly unbelievable that product may get internally damaged so early without it being a manufacturing defect.
