This’s a complaint to the Reliance Telecom, GSM service. I’m a resident of Virar and I’m using this service for more than a couple of years.
This service is being polluted by unnecessary sudden amount charges for services I never activated. Recently it has increased more than twice a month. We are working people and we cannot call the customer care and go through for the services’ fault,to which, moreover, the service never showed any feeling or sorry whenever it was complained on call.
Today I spoke to the customer care higher authority, Mr. Iqbal Sheikh and I’ve this highly disappointed experience with the filthy behaviour he displayed to his customer. He is proudly speaking that it’ll not be refunded when I spoke it always happens. He is threatening me shamelessly asserting the fact about the impossibility of the refund I have to be given and also adding that the service is wicked as it is.
They say the information will not be stored for more than 3 days. They don’t even have any system of all information stored at a place? They try to fool and humiliate when I complain. I’ve all the messages saved of the amount charged and still he is having pains to get it checked and refund. At the end he shamelessly asserted of the amount not to be refunded in a despotic way after treating me as a slave and not as a customer.
I want my right back with the refund to my balance.
