Extra Bill charges and unfair behaviour of customer care executives

I charged by extra bill of RS 385…. As Idea customer care executive didnot told me about terms & conditions about that GPRS plan of 1GB in 250 RS… I raised a complaint in their office on 20 June 2014. But they closed it without any action, then again I raised the complaint on 28 June 2014. This time also they closed it without any action, Then I gave a mail to them on 5th July 2014 but they disconnected my all outgoing services on 10th July 2014. I called them & asked about my service disconnection and this time they replied that I didnot raised any complaint & they did not received any of my mail. I just told them to check that call recording of 20th May 2014 but they are not ready to check that call recordings & disconnected my services as well. Their representatives dont have knowledge to how to talk with customer & their behaviour is also not good.
