I have taken MTS postpaid wifi connection in Delhi NCR. there itself speed was lower than committed one. Every month without fail i have paid the bill so far. I came to my native place which is in Tamil nadu due to some work. Here signal was also weak and speed was also low. Yet i used connection for two months. last month bill was generated. due to some urgent work i was not able to pay the bill. within two days they disconnected the service. there is no internet center at my place. i have to travel one hour to reach the next town. i called customer care of MTS and spoke for 45 minutes explaining about the problem. i requested them to allow the connection for ten min just to pay bill. but they did not help me out. after 2 days i paid through my friend. transaction was not successful. i called customer care again. they told some technical issue was there. i called bank customer care and confirmed the transaction. again i tried paying next day. second transaction also was not successful. i called customer care time and again. they did not pick up the call. i got irritated because of this. i did not get reply also. my work got affected due to this. after two days i made a mail that i don want service further and return my amount. but i got a reply that i have to pay 1600/- for the present month also. i became shocked. i did not use service at all. how can i pay? they have told i have to pay this amount then they will stop the service. already connection is deactivated. but they generate the bills just to earn money from the customers. the people who are in customer care of MTS are so rude and do not know how to speak. their motif is to get money. that is all. these money minded people should be thrown out of the country. concerned authority should take action against them. such a worst net work and service they provide. Please don buy this connection at any cost. Choose some other service.
