I ordered an Export Quality Black Italian Leather Belt from Homeshop18 on 5th june, 2012. It was a SBI Visa card transaction and I paid the amount that day. the amount was 477.00. As per the product information and order details, the product should be delivered to my address in 8 to 10 days. But i has not been delivered to me. the most interesting part is, the status in my account has been changed to deliver. I have been complaining the authority but have not received any support. hope you will bring the issue in focus.
