Customer Grievance against BSNL-Immediate attention is required

Dear sir,
The following attached mails are self explanetory. Today 5 calls were recieved from BSNL. Excepting PRO, Barrackpore nobody from BSNL side revealed their identity and harassed us like anything. PRO barrackpur was also non committal during the conversation but it was onlt the PRO, who promised me to revice the bill and advised me to wait for the same. There is a telephone no (033)25926565 but he never receive the telephone. Under the circumstances you are requested to take up the case with the competent authority and ask them to revise the bills adjusting the nonservicing period of 22 days. This time also from 22nd June 2012, BSNL disconnected the line intentionally.
During my office time, only my aged parents stayed at home and telephone line is the only communication media.

It is again noticed that the said telephone (25443502) was again disconnected since 22nd June 2012.
I want to mention the following
1. You are already aware that the BB service was unavailable from 15th March 2012 to 09th April 2012.
2. It was communicated to us by PRO to ignore computer generated bill. A revised bill consering the non service period will be reached to me shortly for payment.
3. May month’s bill was duly cleared by me.
4. Before getting June month’s bill the tetephone service was withdrawun by you.

Under this circumstances you are requested to regenerate the revised updated bill considering the nonservicing period and reconnect the telephone line at the earliest.

    I had the same problem, its been 2 months the phone is dead and BB service is unavailable. I would like to know that customer’s are liable to pay the bills regularly, and the service provider is not liable to provide service, just because its a government agency?
