Hi There,
Iam getting unusually high mobile bill for the past 5 months. At first i didn’t notice the sudden hike but last month when i compared the bill which i got and the bill analysis in idea site i found out that i have been wrongly charged and I have been even charged for CUG numbers. I took the matter with the local idea manager and its been one month I didnt got any reply from his side despite several verbal and written reminders. This month also when I received my bill i could see that the billing is wrong. When I again escalated the issue Iam not getting any favorable reply from their side. Now my only option left is consumer forum.
