This is to inform that I had booked a ticket online through travelyaari website PNR: BS01342952 – Ticket No: T333121370549 and waited for bus from 8.40PM for the bus scheduled to depart from Paramakudi at 9.00PM with my wife and 2 little kids on the road in Paramakudi and was surprised to be informed by 10PM that the bus had left early on 3rd June 2012. The ticket clearly mentions that “The arrival and departure time on the ticket is tentative. However, bus will not leave the source before scheduled departure.” Due to which I requested a refund of Rs. 1932/- for which I have not received any response. After repeated phone calls I was finally connected to a manager who after multiple calls informs that 15 passengers boarded the bus but does not tell the time the bus left. The manager told that there only 2 seats that were vacant however I had booked 4 tickets. The manager did not answer my question on the same. The manager himself told me to contact one of the passenger in the bus to verify. When I asked for the passenger telephone number, he gives me the Parveen Travels Ramanathapuram telephone number and asks me to contact them and get passengers telephone number. I had no other option other than travelling in Government bus from Paramakudi – Madurai – Trichy – Chennai. Looks like this a tie-up between travelyaari and parveen travels. CONSUMERS BEWARE!!! DONT BOOK TICKET FROM TRAVELYAARI OR PARVEEN TRAVELS ONLINE.
