Respected Sir/Madam,
I have purchased a Belt from Zara as a gift to my fiancee on 13.02.2013.
Unfortunately, the belt was small & i wanted to exchange it.
The belt was not used & as per the companies policy “we must exchange the belt in one month. Over one month is not acceptable.
I went to the store to exchange on 13.03.2013 which is exactly 1 month from the date of purchase but still they did not exchange the belt for me.
I have also asked them to give me customer complaint book but they refused to give that & asked me to write it online.
I have also written a mail to their company regarding this issue.
I seek justice as they expect us to live with it. For them it is a small issue but value of money is not known to them which has been wasted.
I sincerely appeal to the consumer court for justice.
I have the Invoice copy with me, the belt (with barcode tag)
