I took education loan for my son, Mayank Goyal, from SBI Sector 20 Panchkula(Harayna). As per agreement SBI has to charge ROI SBAR lessby 0.5%, but they had charged more than SBAR. Also SBI had not implemented 1% concession of Elite university offered by SBI letter RACPC/CSK/6738 dated 27/09/11. For example on 31/07/08 SBAR was 12.75% but SBI applied 13.75% and so on.
