Excess Mobile Bill

sir, i have tatadocomo post paid no as 7206040042. Company have charged Rs.550 excess as internet charge. When i talked to customer care & asked to reduce the extra money charged by company, but company refued to reduce bill by Rs.550. So i request u to reduce by August bill by Rs.550.
