I am having whirlpool company 1.5ton air conditioner and the machinery of the appliance got breakdown. The appliance is having extended warranty of one year which last till 2015. I have complained about the AC to the company and its official took the AC to their workshop on 20-6-2014. From then i am facing problem and is daily contacting the company spokepersons but they are neglecting it. Just few days back they responded and said that we are unable to repair your AC and then i asked for compensation as AC is in AMC (extended warranty) but they are not giving any compensation. I am finding it very hard as its about 2 months of being without AC.
