Name of company/service: regent_station, barrackpore
i have purchased one items from regent station at barrackpore,on 09/11/2012,at that time i issued credit card, but it was cancelled by their end, then i issued to debit card, the tranction was done sucessfully of Rs.379/-, but one more of Rs.379/- debited by credit card(which was cancelled by their end )sms aslo recevied in my mobile, after that i asked to my bank caredit card statement , it was showing of rs.379/-, i asked immiditly to regernt station, but the manager refused to accept my problem,he said asked to your bank only, why should i asked to by bank, the transction was done by your end, cancelliation also done by your end , i two to three times go to the regent stataion barrackpore, but still not solve my problem,
so, kindly verify to slove my problem as soon as possible, and also want sufficient compensation for two days taken leave from my office,
