Respected sir,
I am Nataraj R. Phone No. 08970321700, living in Bangalore, Karnataka. In June Month bill excess of Rs 34/- added as GPRS sevice. When enquired on 8-7-13 they told system is going to upgraded on 12-7-13 s call after 12-7-13. In regards i caslled today dated 18-7-13 to reuest for the refund which has already paid.customer care employee Mr. Anil Kumar_N632269_FSL replied that i have requested for this service orally by giving call on 4-6-13 which is false. But for the same for past 4-5 months i am paying & getting refund after making a complaint.
But now he is telling that i have reqested for this service activation.
Please do the needful.
