Excess charges in bill amount

Name of company/service: Airtel
I have airtel postpad service.
In which there is a facility to 200 messages free to local/national.But in my feb-10 bill they taking the charges of free sms also.And nowday they are taking charges for custumor care service.
They are directly cheating to us.
please do the needful
