Excess Charge

Location/place: Navi Mumbai

Dear Sir,

I have post paid Vodaphone connection with monthly rental of 399 which includes 1 gb of free internet acess.

without any pre information my internet plan was deativated and 100 mb free plan was activated. no notification was given to me. i found out when my no. waz barred on crossin the limit . i coplain to vodafone dept but they were unable to help me untill my next bill.

i have visited vodafone stores couple of times but no definet solution is given to me.
i am a student and im burned with so much pressure , gettin collection calls and my no is not workin . please help
