i am suffering from the bad service of tikona broad band company.
they are generating excess billa miunts when i ask the details of the bill the say ” sir, the bill is not opening”
and this is going from approx one month .
but from last three days they have generated a overdue limit bill and deactivated the service .
problems :
* excess amount generation
* bad service
* customer care cut the calss
* bills are not opening from their side from past one month
* internet account deactivated
