Escalation on Home Loan for Application no 793

This is to Let you that I Kamlesh Nichani work in Accenture services pvt ltd Bangalore applied for the housing loan for the property (apartment) purchased near Attible Bangalore project of Janaadhar Shubha for the total amount of 7, 25000/- which I have made an down payment of 75000/- so applied for an loan from your Natrust Bangalore branch . I must say that there is no one responsible to coordinate with customers. However its being 4 month now from the time I have applied for housing loan , I need to make call every day to their company and spoke to Manager Named Mani in Chennai after for about 10 to 20 times as he is looking into the case where in such there is still no response yet on approval of the loan and haven’t recived any call from their Bangalore branch and till today haven’t recived any confirmation on loan .Hence I and my Wife Ramya K visted their branch on 25th Mrach ’12 even though she is carrying(Pregnant). when checked with their team in Bangalore branch they had to say this property is not approved from BMRD we can approve the loan on interest rate of 21 % or else please give as the approval from BMRD. however I had given them 500 pages of legal document which includes the copy sealed and signed by BMRD approval, property plan & all the khata extracts which has being provided by the builder of Janaadhar Shubha then I had to arrange again few more documents on the same day from the legal team of Janaadhar Shubha .and spoke with your branch manager and explained him that this property has being already approved by HDFC Bank and then he said that yes we would provide you loan of 5 Lakhs and let you know in day or two . so then after making so many calls to them later i get approval of 4,00000/- four Lakhs saying that the property value is 5 lakh 80 thousand only as per them . and with incorrect calculations so going forward sent them a mail saying that Hi Mani,

As per our conversation today, please find the attachment of Loan offer letter which is sent by your company please check this as the letter has some errors as this shows EMI of Rs: 6119 for 180 month tenure on 16.5% of interest ,which is not correct as per my calculation the EMI should be Rs: 6014.83 for 180 month tenure on 16.5% of interest and the last line of your letter shows that I have to pay 8154 towards the balance processing fees. where in such that I was informed from your staff that there would be 2% processing fees on the approved loan amount which comes up to Rs: 8000 and have already paid Rs: 3000 through cheque no 308417 dated 2nd march’12 so the balance need to pay is Rs: 5000 only so please check for the same and revert .

As discussed with you Mani as the loan amount is 4,00000 only I would like to take this for 10 years tenure and include my home insurance in the loan amount as promised by your people so please send me updated loan offer letter directly instead of me following with your team in Bangalore so we can close this .
however the property value in todays market value is project of Janaadhar Shubha they are selling today the same single bedroom flat for Rs:9,35000.00 (Nine Lakhs Thirty Five Thousand) as my flat is on first floor and then

So i haven’t got any reply from them and am loosing with my flat as we had signed the agreement in June’2011
I would request you to please help me on this and do the needful so that I can sort out things with my builder and lawyer since my flat is getting cancelled by the builder.as this shouldn’t be facing by anyone in future. As this really horrific customer service by them
