Name of company/service: BSES

For the past 7 years I have beeen paying false electricity bills, and this time it is going out of control. This winter BSES issued me false bill of almost RS/- 3000 were I have not consumed anything instead of loss. So I issued them a notice of going to consumer court . Initially I complained to the consumer grievances redressal forum, substation building,shakti kiran building,near karkardooma courts,karkardooma , new delhi- 110092 of BSES . they said to complain the matter to the supplier BYPL, 33/11 kv substation, near hind pocket book dilshad garden G.T. road new delhi 110032 so I did .
The BYPL sent their service man “Shiv kumar” by name .after checking all the electric appliances of my house he said that I am consuming less than 400 units as against the figures mentioned in the bill so I am supposed to give less bill instead of more.Then he went at the ground floor to check the meter , their he asked for BRIBE but I and my son rejected so he declared my meter OK.
When I reported this matter to the head office of BSES consumer grievances redressal forum, substation building,shakti kiran building,near karkardooma courts,karkardooma , new delhi- 110092 of BSES they did not take any action and instead made fun of me.

Again on 24-07-2012 they issued me a bill of 4600 stating that I consumed more than 900 units which is extremely rascal, and bogus.
So I request to take HARDCORE action against this whole rascal BSES as soon as possible so that I wold be benefited.
