I have given my micromax a114 earphone for replacement in service center. first of all it took one month in replacing it. But when it was given to me it doesn’t match with my mobile model number.it was a cheap earphone.i asked the sells man then he replied if u have to take it take it otherwise go from here do not waste my time…kindly take action against them..
