E-Bay Cheated on me

I purchased a mobile body from e bay and they send me body of wrong mobile so i complaint on their site then they call me first i can not pick up by the some reasons then they refused my complaint . and now i wana to write a new complaint or move forward on my complaint they said you have one chance and you lost it. plz help me out.
