DTDC worse Service !!!

It is unfortunate that DTDC failed to delivered the parcel [docket number : V17248540 ] as per sla but the worst part is, people of DTDC are reluctant
Even receive a call though numbers mentioned on receipt are correct.

Also, If DTDC is not able to deliver the courier on time why they charge Rs 200 for DTDC plus ??

I have paid 200 day before yesterday and was been assured that the parcel will be delivered yesterday which is yet to be delivered.

Worst courier service….

    DTDC IS THE WORST COURIER SERVICE PROVIDER.ITS BEEN 10 DAYS STILL SHIPMENT NOT DELIVERED. TRACKING NO :X09626582.
    AND EVEN WORE PART IS THAT THESE GUYS ARE UNTRACEABLE.THEY HAVE NO WHERE THE CUSTOMER SERVICES NOS.
    THESE GUYS SHOULD LEARN TO PROVIDE FAIR AND TRANSPARENT AND ALWAYS REACHABLE FROM OTHER COURIER SERVICES.
    IT SEEMS THESE ARE NAIVE IN COURIER INDUSTRY.
    DTDC IS REALLY FRUSTRATING.
    NEVER EVER GO FOR DTDC IF YOU WANT TO AVOID FRUSTRATION
