I send a courier contains a Shirt through DTDC franchisee Greater Noida to Naini, Allahabad with the Consignment No-Z83190194 on 30th March 2013 they are saying that they made the delivery on 5th of April but the person to whom i send this she did not receive yet and also not the warden of the hostel.
I asked them to give me the Delivery Receipt but they are tolerating for tomorrow and tomorrow and I am following them continuously day by day.
I mentioned the Contact No.on the envelop but they did not call the person to whom they should deliver the consignment.
Please take a proper action and help me to find out the Consignment asap because I have been tired to following them…
