Double deduction of money while making online recharge

I made a single online recharge of Rs.50/- to my docomo number (8293607828) from the Docomo online site on 1st April,2012, using my ATM details. The recharge of Rs.50 was successful, but 2 deductions of Rs.50/- was made from my bank account with the same reference number of 201206394777 (as shown in my bank statement). I made a complain to my bank regarding the same on 9th April,2012. But till date the money has not come back. I have checked with my bank several times in the meanwhile and they are showing me that they have emailed Docomo asking for the details of the transaction, but Docomo hasn’t replied back. As such I did not get my money back. I have tried every other means with my bank and with your customer care but to no avail. Therefore I request you to kindly look into the matter and get my money back to my bank account as soon possible.
