my name is pramod i had done a balance trf through sbi credi towards hdfc bank card twice in the month of june incorrectly and since it was a visa money trf sbi asked me o pk wiht hdfc to return the money and so when i spk with hdfc they placed the request for the refund which was processed accordingy to them and trf bck to the sbi card on the 28/06/2013 for which they gav me the ref nos which i have updated wih sbi but they are not able to trace the paymen and asked me to chk with hdfc and ask to send the letter so when spk wih hdfc who advs wuld no be able o send the letter but in their stmt it is mentioned and so send the mail to sbi wih the stmt but due to pasword security they were unable to chk and so sent the details again and also forwarded the same to their nodal officer but no response from thm yet and this is been hapenning for the last 2 mnth and i am unhappy abt it i would requets you to please chekc
