SNAPDEAL.COM the best marketed online fraud portal.
I ordered a Sony Vaio Pro 13 Ultrabook worth INR 70,000 on 3RD AUGUST 2013 from snapdeal.com, there was no Cash on delivery present for the product so i had to pay in advance for the product.
the estimated shipping date was 1 business days and since the next day i.e 4th august was a sunday my estimated delivery date was Monday 5th august 2013.
Snapdeal ensures to secure payment and automated payment refunds after 7 days if unable to deliver the order but in my case they did not deliver my product it has been 10 days now and they are neither shipping the product and also not refunding my money.
I have spoke to their customer support more than 100 times within last 7 days but no one is able to resolve my problem.
Today it is 13th August 10 days and nothing has changed.
I have spoken with the higher raking managers from snapdeal but they are not able to solve my problem and they keep asking for another day everyday.

The amount involved in this case is something a common indian employee like me takes a year to save.
