Name of company/service: Aircel Data Card Service
Almost 20 Days back, I have bought Aircel 3G data card from Univercel, Indiranagar shop, Bangalore. At the time of buying I am really not have an idea to go for Aircel connection, my preference is Tata docomo prepaid, but that universal shop executive confused and sold Aircel postpaid to me (Cost Rs.900), and also he give promise to activate the connection within 3 days. 20 days gone, still I am not getting service; even they also done my office address verification, I have tried more than 15 times to aircel customer care; since I never get any solution from them, very worst customer care service ever seen.
Now they said few days back their executive came to home for the address verification, but there is no one confirm my address. And also they mark the status as, they called while on the verification to my number, but I never pick the call. Truly n one called me, even they doesn’t given a missed call also..I’m really get irritating from Aircel data card service.. I don’t know what I’m really need do now. Please anyone help me..
