Dear Sir,
I have booked gas refill on 7/6/2012 in golden gas, Vayapar Kendra Palam Vihar, Gurgaon by phone. Agency owner was saying that cylinder will be delivered in 25 days. In normal process it takes only 1 week.
2. There are 4 contact numbers for this agency on its receipt.

b) 0124-4075729
c) 0124-4078233
d) 9899465807
First 3 numbers are not working.
Last number is working but most of the time it is not reachable, switched off, busy and not responded.
I have called many times in last 3 days but nobody is responding. I have already lodged a complaint in IOCL main site on 7 jun-12 but nothing is happened.
My complain number in IOCL website is 512474.
My customer ID for gas connection: 856645(Gas connection holder name is Mr. V. K. Nigam- Father-in law)
I need your help to get the gas refill immediately.
