i bought a micromax funbook and got a coupon for DOCOMO Photon plus for rs 500/-,
i have called docomo shop in sr nagar by name young enterprise services and the representative came and gave me the device by charging 600 rs and he left the place after that i have got a call from verification department for address confirmation etc and i was astonished to know that the person gave me a postpaid connection with a monthly rental of rs 650 which i thought was prepaid device
what is that they gave me free for the device they have charged me rs 600 and monthy they are charging rs 650
this is purely looting customers by giving coupons and duping the people their money.
i would like other people to be careful in this regard and dont believe the docomo people
