Diwali Gift Voucher fraud

Name of company/service: HP India ltd.

I purchased one HP Mini Laptop computer from M/s Jain Infosys Pvt Ltd, Guwahati on 13th October 2010. As per their advertisement, I applied for HP Diwali Offer. After few days I got a Redemption Code: 2166199. I submitted all the necessary documents to avail a Gift Voucher of Rs. 2000/- (Rupees Two thousand only). After fifteen days, I received one sms that my Gift Voucher has been dispatched 10 days back i.e. on 3rd Nov 2010 by Speed Post (AWB Code: ED075537950IN). But till this date, I have not received the speed post. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful. The cash invoice is attached herewith for your reference.

I also Purchased an HPO Laptop, and was told about a 3000 adidas voucher. I have sent all the documents, but there is no acknowledgement of it. And there is no direct contact number to call an HP representative. And the number of their vendors does not work. It is quite shameful on the part of HP.
