DIsplay of false product and not taking it back when requested a return and refund.

Hii sir I am writing to you so I can get some help, I have bought a jacket from them and what was on the display the product was not like that at all . When I requested a return and a refund they first rolled around the thing then they denied it the jacket costed me a lot of money please help me to get my money back please sir.
