i accidentally dropped my laptop, this should have been covered under the dell-complete cover warranty that came with the laptop but i was denied any services and was mislead on several occasions and finally was told that it was a case of customer induced damage (this term is absent is every agreement and guide that dell offers with the laptop and online) and hence my laptop has not been repaired
