I register a complain with vodafone to close my postpaid number 9873156876 on 7th june as it was lost.on 3rd july,when i received my bill,i noticed the call details and then i found that it was actually not closed on 7th june because I had been charged continously for calls that was made from 7th june to 3rd july.
I talk with many of their representatives regarding this.they accept this that there is a request regarding closing of number but they say that can not adjust my bill and i have to pay for this.and even they have disconnected my call many times while i talk to them.
I do not understand that when i had requested to close my number,then if they don’t close my number and neither inform me on my official email id.then why should I pay for this.Please help me if possible.
