I placed my order of Dazen1 on 11th July{Order No: 9311219512}, Snapdeal Said Delivery Date would be 15th to 18th July. My Shipment{UNISNPP3966383} was handed over to GoJavas on 11th July itself, informed to me by sms.
Since 11th July to 19th July, GoJavas Tracking System is showing My Item is “In Transit to Nagpur”.
I have registered my complaint with GoJavas on 15th, they asked me to wait 48Hrs, I contacted Snapdeal on 17th, They said your delivery Date in 18th, Please wait till 18th, you will get it delivered.
On 19th I contacted GoJavas Again to inquire about my shipment, this time they had a surprise for me, They said Your shipment is in “UNTRACEABLE ” State, Please contact SnapDeal and they will dispatch a fresh piece for you.
Tried Contacting SnapDeal, But their Customer Care IVR System is out of order, Not allowing me to choose my option by pressing any number, tried from 2-3 different mobile number.
Shame on SnapDeal & GoJavas, In this age of SPEED, they take 8Days to ship an article from Delhi to Nagpur.
