Discrepancy billing / Not reponding vodafone customer care

Location/place: Bangalore

Name of company/service: Vodafone / postpaid service

I took a postpaid CUG in chennai from vodafone (Rs. 99 Plan). Now i am in bangalore, I am not using these numbers in bangalore to retain this number I am just paying the bill even I am not attending incoming as well. They are generating bills for Rs. 167 instead of Rs. 99. To enquire about this I have tried to contact vodafone customer care they are keep on redirecting me to a different number and putting me in hold for more than 20Minutes even after that they are disconnecting. I am not able to reach them after doing a multiple calls. I am doing an STD call to reach chennai customer care number. The customer care representatives are not properly answering and they talking very rude.
