Disconnection and refund

I have made the call to tikona broadband company and made a request to disconnect my connection, the call centre executive told me that I would receive an email within 2 day…but till now I haven’t received information regarding this…my customer id is -1109736817…..please help me to get out of it as they are not responding well towards old customer
