CHEATED OF PRODUCT WORTH RS 499

I am a customer who has been cheated by the site – They had billed me for both the shoes I`ve ordered and sent me only the 1st pait in the order list.It was cash on delivery.When I called up the customer care , they told me to send them a picture of the shoes and the bill – and said they`ll send the second pair as soon as possible.However , they did not , and I ended up paying for two shoes when I received only once. My friends are afraid to purchase form the site at the moment.Please look into the matter as soon as possible. My order ID is 22364 and Order date 13 dec 2014. I have complained multiple times , and mailed them multiple times but they are reusing to recognise the fact that I have paid for both the shoes and received only one!. They refused to confirm this issue with the courier company – and instead told me that according to their records the product has been delivered WHEN IT HASNT BEEN DELIVERED.!
