disconnection & refund

Sir,

I was having Tikona internet service installed at my home for my personal use, but due to very bad service with in the month after installation I have given request for disconnection and refund advance payment which I have paid to Tikona in advance for six month thru Tikona help line number on 7th may 2012. But I have seen that my connection is still running and company did send my refund, than I have write to customer care and nodal office Mr. S. Nair thru mail dated 3rd June 2012 and I have get following reply from Tikona:

Dear Mr. Tyagi,
With reference to your email regarding disconnection request which was given on 7th May 2012 is in progress and our backend team will call and update you on the status which is currently carried out in your account.
Please be informed that the disconnection of the account will be processed with-in 5 days.
Post which you will receive a call from our Service executive to collect the CPE. In case if the CPE is faulty/damaged/not returned, an amount of Rs. 1500 would be charged in your Final settlement invoice against CPE charges.
Please note your reference is 1-2332716688. Kindly retain this for future reference purposes.
We would still request you to rethink and give us an opportunity to serve you better.

But today 15th July 2012 again I have called to Tikona customer care regarding to know about my refund and disconnections status but it is really surprising that customer care executive officer told me that they are not having any confirmation mail from my side but infect they have taken telephonic confirmations from m and never ask me for mail confirmations.
I request you to kindly register my complaint against Tikona Digital Networks Pvt. Ltd. And do the appropriate action against above company for disconnection and my refund
I have paid Rs. 2400/- for six month advance rental

    Thank you for bringing this to our notice.

    As per our conversation with 29th August 2012, your account has been terminated on 6th August 2012 and we request you to return the CPE for further process of Full & Final settlement.
    In case if the CPE is faulty/damaged/not returned, an amount of Rs. 1500 would be charged in your Final settlement invoice against CPE charges.
