Hi,
I had applied for new connection from Tikona Broad Band Service in month of Nov’11 for some time till March’12 I used the connection but was not satisfied with their service, and also complained during this duration of Nov’11 to March’12 to the company regarding the same problem but the service did not improve, finally I requested the company to disconnect my service and till today July’12 the company still has not disconnected the service, and has been sending me the bills for the usage, the services used from March’12 to April’12 was also paid to the company as the company said they have a policy of disconnection only once all the bills are cleared but even after a repeated complain to the company in May’12 till July’12 the company has not disconnected the service and has been sending bills and even giving calls to my number to pay the dues.
