Hi,
I hereby to inform you that my balance got deducted from my account unnecessarily on 21st of July I got a message from company if I recharge my account with Rs 25 within 48 hrs I would get TT of Rs 35. Amount or Rs 19.25 will br credited instantly and remaining 15.75 would be credited within 24 hrs on I did the recharge of the same amount at the evening at 7 ‘O clock after that near about 10:30 I got message from company that remaining balance has credited into my account to check that balance dail *123#,I was shocked because I know how to check balance inAircel I tried that procedure by dailing *123# they asked to press 9 I did that instantly amount of Rs 30 got deducted from my account and a VAS activated on my number I made call to customer care akcnowledge them about the incident they assist me very well deactivat that service and told me that I will get may money back within 24 working hrs from Saturday to till date I do not get my balance back I made call several times after completing the TAT but do not get any possitive feedback,each every time the told to I will get my balance within 24 hrs.
I am totally sick with the service of the Aircel which they are provide us “on Tuesday July 17th at 11 am same incident happened when I was made call to your customer care one of your representative abused me and hangup the line on my face and activate caller tune on my number is this the to treat the customer, nowadays we are not getting that kind of service.I am thinking about portability to other network.
